ISS MI introduces an enhanced Growth Potential Score featuring carrier-specific and consortium-based models. This expands predictive analytics coverage by scoring offices with and without existing carrier sales.
For each branch office and product type, the score predicts the next-year sales growth likelihood on a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).
ISS MI’s Growth Potential Score is powered by a proprietary predictive model using machine learning trained on extensive quarterly annuity sales data. This model predicts relative sales growth for the coming year and refines itself quarterly, adapting to market conditions by incorporating new transaction data from each participating carrier.
The model incorporates the following factors at each office:
Opportunity Size*
Total sales across the consortium for a product type.
(TRVA, RILA, IOVA, FA, IA, RILA)
Opportunity Growth*
Year-over-year change in opportunity for a product type.
Policy Size*
Median sales value of policies sold across the consortium.
Overall Sales by Carrier^
Total sales across all product types for each carrier.
Opportunity Growth across All Offices*
Year-over-year change in opportunity for a product type
